Required document: your original ID card (age verified at entry)

Free-Entry Information
The following groups complete free-entry formalities at the ticket window with valid original documents. Free entry cannot be booked online:

📋 Booking Notes
Real-name: Real-name ticketing is required in the WeChat Mini Program. Each ticket must match one visitor's real name and second-generation ID number; fill in truthfully — tickets are non-transferable.
Entry: After booking, no paper ticket is needed. Enter by scanning the original ID card of the visitor named at booking. Be sure to bring the original — copies and photos are invalid.
Visit Date: A ticket is tied to a specific visit date; enter within the valid date. Tickets not used by then are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan and foreign visitors: Visitors using a HK/Macau permit, Taiwan residents' permit, passport, or other documents may have a different verification process; please call support in advance to confirm: 0744-8362888。
Refund & Rescheduling Rules

Refundable before visit date: Before 00:00 on the chosen visit date, you may request a refund on the Mini Program order page; refunds return to the original payment method with no handling fee.
Not refundable on the visit date: After 00:00 on the chosen visit date, refunds are not supported.
Rescheduling: To change your visit date, contact support before 18:00 the day before the chosen date; each order may be rescheduled once.
Tickets already used: Once a ticket is scanned for entry, it is deemed used and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In case of force majeure such as an announced closure, purchased tickets are handled case by case; watch for announcements on this site or contact support.
